Solar Activity Report

If you've known me a while you will have heard me mention space weather, namely the effects of solar activity when it hits Earth, and our bodies.
On Friday 8th a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) and a high-speed stream (HSS) from a coronal hole will arrive, causing a geomagnetic storm around noon (UT), according to the British Geological Survey. The CME is linked to a 4.5M-class flare that occurred yesterday. Solar activity is expected with a chance of Moderate and Strong-class flares from a complex region near the centre of the solar disk.
As these hit Earth's magnetic field, we will feel the impact on our minds and bodies too.
Currently, we’ve been experiencing the biggest flares that we’ve had in over 20 years. We’re at a solar maximum which means that this is not going to end anytime soon and it’s going to get more intense.
It's not all bad though! We can also use this energy to manifest abundance in all that's best for our highest good, just like we do at new and full moon.

This is a natural response to the high frequency energy coming from the sun as it interacts with Earth's magnetic field.
It's a real roller coaster... but this energy can be harnessed for rapid personal transformation and progress in areas where you've felt stuck.
Coupled with Lions Gate energy on Friday, it will be intense in all good ways, some challenging ways, dynamic energy all round!
In the coming days and weeks you may feel rather clairvoyant even if you don’t usually. You may receive exciting news, experience shifts in your relationships, feel your creative side expanding, and gain new clarity and perspective on old issues.
Be gentle with yourself, allow yourself time and space to rest & reset, even short periods will boost your energy and focus. Lots of organic simple foods will offset the heaviness we've been feeling.
